Refund policy

Due to the handmade and spiritual nature of our products, we accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of delivery

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unburned, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging. Candles or ritual products that have been burned, used, altered, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned

To request a return, please contact us at hello.mysticwick@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and photos of the item when applicable. Returns must be approved before being mailed. Return instructions and the return address will be provided by email

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund

Custom and personalized ritual products are created specifically for the customer’s intention and are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation once production has started. This includes custom ritual candles, custom spell jars, personalized sets, and other made-to-order items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello.mysticwick@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund when appropriate

Please note:

  • Minor variations in color, texture, herbs, wax appearance, scent, or decoration are normal characteristics of handmade products and are not considered defects

  • Products must be used according to the safety and care instructions provided with the order. Damage caused by improper use, failure to follow instructions, overheating, unattended burning, or incorrect storage is not eligible for a refund or replacement

  • Ritual and spiritual outcomes are personal and are not guaranteed

  • Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started

  • Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return unless required by applicable law
